ALI - G.O.A.T. #2

Limited edition released by K.A. Williams II featuring an image of Muhammad Ali, arguably the greatest heavyweight boxer of all time. Ali is also revered and celebrate for the virtues he stood for: religious freedom, racial justice and the triumph of principle over expedience. In this piece you see an image of "The Greatest" along with a butterfly by his right shoulder and a bee on his left shoulder. This is an allusion to his slogan "Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee". Also included, is the number 56, the amount of fights he won in his career, the number 37, the amount of knockouts he had in his career. At the bottom of the piece are images of some of his legendary opponents: Sonny Liston, Joe Frazier, George Foreman, Leon Spinks and Larry Holmes. In the top corner you see the phrase "G.O.A.T." which stands for Greatest of All Times and in the bottom right corner you see the phrase "Shook Up The World" which is also one of Ali mantra's and a fitting way to sum up Ali's life and legacy.
